TonkaLabs is the result of many good and in depth conversations and exchange of ideas, as we waited in the peak for the following set of waves, all about how a company should be and should function, about how applications should be developed to find solutions and also about how things should be done. Slowly but surely those conversations and ideas started to become a dream, and TonkaLabs is that dream getting real.
Always in constant search for the balance between development and design, at all times to create a good user experience. Whenever he's not developing new applications, you can see him riding on any of his different boards, for either sea, snow or just on the boardwalk... Love & Boards, yeah!
His liking for technology comes at a very early stage of life. At 6 years old he implemented his first "HelloWorld!" app with a ZX Spectrum 48K. He is great fan of all gadgets or “frikadas” as his girlfriend prefers to call them. As well as all that has to do with technology he also loves to enjoy nature been keen "outdoor animal" with many, many miles of hiking or mountain tracking, as well as always trying to ride waves on the beach.
I will never forget the satisfaction I felt when I finished my first application, written in Basic in an old Amstrad. Since then I seek for that feeling every time I approach a new project. Between development and development spend my time raising my children, practicing some sport and entangling my fingers through six strings.
